1.Museum of The Imagination

In this museum, you can interact with almost all of the instrument. Kids will love to bang on the drums or scraping some notes on the violin.

The museum is located in the city center and even has a special website for children with colorings, games and information about the museum.

3. Centro de Ciencia Principias

 

This science museum is completely interactive, which makes it interesting and fun for children to learn.

The museum not only offers interactive exhibits about science and technology  but also has an astronomy observatory as well as a planetarium.

Monday to Friday : 9.30am-2pm and 5pm-8pm; Saturdays 10am-2pm. Entry : 3€.

4. Automobile and Fashion Museum 

 

This museum will rejoice anyone who likes cars, clothes or both. Kids will be amazed by the huge variety of models and types of cars.

Every Sunday at 12:30pm, the “1,2,3, Let’s Get Started” experience will show you some the most stunning cars roar.

Everyday : 10am-7pm. Entrance : 8,50€. Free on Sundays from 4pm.

5. Málaga Ferris Wheel

 

The 15 minutes ride in the 70 meters high Ferris Wheel will be enjoyed by kids and adults alike as the view from the cabin is truly fantastic.

The port area, the Cathedral and most of the city is visible from the top of the wheel.

Sunday to Friday : 10:30am-9:30pm, Saturday : 10:30am-10:30pm. Ride : 10€. Children are given a reduced price or free, depending on height.

6. Play parks

 

 

Malaga is full of play parks that will delight every kids that come across them. Some of the greatest play parks of Malaga include :

El Palmeral de Las Sorpresa which is located in Malaga city center, offers a nice walk as well as original playgrounds. Here, kids will be able to create music while walking on the “ musical ground” or swing across the eco-modern amenities.

The Cinema Park in Teatinos is a colorful playgrounds where you will walk along a path simulating a film roll.The park offers different activities for a wide age range, from a zip line to ping-pong tables and swings.

7. Build Sand Castles 

 

Malaga offers lots of beaches where children will be happy to built sandcastles. The closest beach to the city center is La Malagueta which is located right after the port.

If you come to Malaga on a rainy day or if you just want to relax at the movie theater, some cinemas offer movies in the original versions.

In the city center, El Albeniz shows movies from a lot of countries in their original languages. For English speakers, some of the Yelmo Cine offers screenings in either Spanish or English like the one at Plaza Mayor for example.
